GLODSTONE, LLC may be referred herein as "GLODSTONE", "We", "Us", "Our", or "Company".
Customer is the purchaser and/or recipient of GLODSTONE products and services.
GLODSTONE products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to the Customer. Although all products are tested prior to shipment to the Customer, We recognize that manufacturing-related defects may not be readily apparent. It is recommended that the Customer inspect product and packaging for damage, and to thoroughly read and understand the product installation instructions prior to use of any GLODSTONE product.
GLODSTONE does NOT warrant against improper installation, mishandling, or misuse by Customer. This includes, but is not limited to, exceeding product physical and/or electrical specifications. It is important for Customers to check their system for proper wiring and voltages prior to installation.
GLODSTONE shall NOT be held liable to Customer for damages or losses relating in any way to the use or misuse of GLODSTONE products, including, but not limited to, loss of product, loss of profits, service costs by Customer or third parties, data loss, injury, or property damage.
Please contact Us for assistance with any ordering or product issues that may arise. If a return or exchange is necessary, GLODSTONE will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions. All returns and exchanges must have an RMA number. GLODSTONE will NOT accept returns/exchanges without an RMA number.
Customer may return unwanted product to GLODSTONE within the WARRANTY period. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and such returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Customer may exchange product in the event of a defect covered by WARRANTY. In this case, Customer is responsible for return shipping to GLODSTONE and GLODSTONE is responsible for shipping the replacement item(s) to Customer. If it is determined that the returned item is functional or was damaged by the Customer, it may be refunded (less the restocking fee) or returned to the Customer.
Customer may request to cancel an order at no charge provided it has not yet been shipped.
All orders are subject to acceptance by GLODSTONE. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders for any reason.
Product prices are exclusive of sales, use, value added, or similar taxes. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, import duties, tariffs, and customs charges. All orders are "F.O.B Origin".
We charge sales tax at checkout for shipping addresses located in New York State.
Please contact GLODSTONE for tax-exempt orders. Customer must provide a valid exception certificate.
Neither GLODSTONE nor Customer shall be held liable or responsible to the other for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement to the extent, and for so long as, such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party including but not limited to acts of governments, acts of terrorism, acts of God, natural catastrophes, pandemics, insurrections, riots, civil commotions, labor disturbances, or interruptions of transportation.
GLODSTONE is located in the State of New York. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and Customer agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate state and federal courts within the State of New York.
GLODSTONE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with, or without notice.
